Like Ruth Jackson, Brook’s approach is rooted in finding ways to resolve conflict versus creating a legal battle.  Growing up, Brook was influenced by her own parents divorce that took place while she was in high school. Brook brings that perspective to the family law cases that she works on.  Brook fully appreciates the difficulty and impact of divorce from all sides and wants to make a positive difference in the lives of families and children she works with as a family law lawyer. 

Brook Mullins joined Jackson Family Law in 2019.  Brook is excited to bring her talents and expertise to the residents of Northern Kentucky.  Brook is a native of Florence, Kentucky. Brook takes great satisfaction in being able to provide legal services to the people and families of Northern Kentucky.  She embraces Kentucky and the horses, bourbon and basketball that are part of Kentucky’s heritage.  

Family and friends are near and dear to Brook.  She is the proud Aunt to two nieces and is looking forward to expanding her family when she gets married this fall to her fiance Ben.  When she is not spending time with family and friends, Brook enjoys basketball, exercise and riding her Peloton bike.

EXPERIENCE

Brook’s undergrad degree is from the University of Kentucky.  Brook was a success at the University of Kentucky College of Law graduating near the top of her class and working as an editor of the Kentucky Law Journal.

Brook’s educational experience in employee benefits and tax law gives her a strong understanding of financial issues when assisting her clients.
